We are excited to tell you that you are now being hosted with AMHosting.com in our datacenter. Ooxnet has recently closed their doors, and we have decided to take over their hosting business. Your billing will stay the same, and your limits will only get better. If you just paid, no problem, we won’t bill you till your next term. You will love our service and reliability and we hope to get more business from you soon.
We have moved you to one of our latest servers in our production line. The server is also Plesk 8.2, and only has a handful of customers on it so you should expect great performance and reliability.

A few things have changed that you will need to take note of. Please take a moment to read through these topics as it will pertain to you.
Mail:
Here at AMHosting.com, we have a very unique system to help our system guarantee mail deliveries. Mail is not delivered directly to the server you are hosted on any more. Instead, we have several servers that sit on the edge of our network that do only one thing… Email.   These dedicated email servers have proven to be extremely reliable and both receiving and sending email. If for any reasons we had to restart the server, or take it offline for maintenance (which isn’t often at all), the servers at the network edge collect the mail. As soon as the server comes online, the mail is delivered to the server.
Because of this, you will need to update a few settings in your mail clients.
Inbound server: pop3.domain.com (where doman.com is replaced with your domain you own)
Outbound Server: smtp.domain.com
If you are behind a network that blocks port 25 (which a lot of internet companies do), switch your outbound TCP port from 25 to 26.
Your inbound username is your full email address, and you should already have your password.
Control Panel:
You still log in the same to your control panel.
https://www.domain.com:8443 (where domain.com is replaced with your domain)
FTP:
The FTP is still the same. Just make sure your host name is your domain name. This will resolve to the correct systems.
DNS:
Our DNS servers are also separate from our servers. You will be able to manage your own DNS if you would like. Changes are propagated into our system every 20 minutes. 
To make sure things are ok in the future, you should update your name servers for your domain name to be the following:
Dns1.hostrack.com
Dns2.hostrack.com
These are our primary and secondary servers that handle our infrastructure DNS name management. This is not a requirement, but highly recommend. If you need help with this, please call us and we will walk you through this.
Support:
Amhosting.com tries very hard to provide the best, personalized support we can. We decided against outsourcing as many people have complained about this with their previous hosts. Instead, we have the following phone hours for support: 7:00am – 5:30pm PST. You can reach us at 866-425-2035 or 775-331-3319
Payments:
We have a fully automated payment system built into our company. Once you have been imported in, you will receive an email telling you have to log in, and modify your payments options, adjust your contact information, and much more.

Your username and password will be emailed to the account you had on file with Ooxnet.
Paypals will need to be sent to paypal@amhosting.com and our system will automatically record them and send you a receipt. If you have a different paypal address than what we have on file, please notify us as we have to attach that email address to your account.
Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
Of course, we have to get this in there. We do have a terms of service and AUP in place. Its standard, but we have to say that you must agree to this. If for some reason you have any problems with this, please let us know and we will work with you on it. This TOS / AUP can be found here:
